The Annual General Meeting with be held at 7:30pm on Wednesday 13 June 2012 at Hallamshire. Items for discussion should reach Martin Roberts by Wednesday 6 June 2012.
The Fixtures Meeting will be held at 7:30pm on Wednesday 27 June 2012 at Abbeydale.

To celebrate the official opening of their new court Hallamshire will be hosting an open squash tournament and exhibition match on June 16th 2012. The tournament is graded so there will be draws for all standards. The exhibition match will be a mini competition featuring the countries top players. The Peter Kramer Cup Finals will be held at Doncaster Squash Club on Sunday 22 April 2012 at 2pm.
The matches are as follows:

| Ladies | Hallamshire 2 v Doncaster |
| Vets | Worksop v Doncaster 1 |
There are four courts allocated. The intended order of play is shown below. This, of course, is open to change dependent on the length of matches. Players should be present from the start.
This year we are lucky enough to have the help of some international referees! But there will not be enough to cover every match so players may be required to mark their own matches. If anybody wishes to volunteer as a referee please get in touch?
