If you wish to request an item for inclusion on the agenda this must be sent to Martin Roberts by 31st May 2010. All club reps should attend. Players are very welcome. The fixtures meeting will be held at 7:30pm on 23 June 2010 at Abbeydale. In order for this meeting run efficiently it is very important that team representatives arrive on time and that a representative attends for each team.
